A lot of girls now do the britney thing at schools after all of britney’s publicity. Thongs with short skirts that kept ‘blowing in the wind’ flashing some ass at the semi-strict realm of the school grounds was naughty and oh so cool, and the buttcrack jeans thing was cool, especially in winter when too cold for short skirts, but those are so ‘yesterday’.
The newest ‘cool’ is skirts and commando ala britney, and sitting in ways to play peek-a-boo throughout the school-day. And of course the girls tell each other - “im commando today!’ ‘Really? Wow, woohoo!’, to be sure to be included in the ‘cool kids’ cliques.

Most middle-class, hard-working parents have no idea this is going on and when they hear of this incident think it to be the exception rather than the rule. Youth today, because of the internet, think it is not only ok but a badge of ‘coolness’ to flash the goods, anywhere, anytime. The internet made people - the majority of whom did not know - realize flashing was going at events like New Orleans mardi gras. And it quickly spread. Most young female celebs now flash - like the britney thing.

Kids are all over the internet and see all of this and have absorbed it as ‘mainstream’ and what ‘normal’ people do, they think it’s how everyday Jill’s should act. And the technology aids and abets it (think cell phone cameras on cell phones having internet capability). So ’sexting’ is now a word. (it was already going on for several years in the youth subculture before the 20 and 30-something journalists found out about it and started reporting about it - i.e. before it was given a name nude teeny bopper photos/video clips were flying around the teens’ cellphones on a daily basis. First nudity was sent, then oral sex, and then intercourse.

So now it has come to this. Next yearbook season there will be more of these ‘accidental’ oops photos. parents, get a clue will ya?
